I like what I see! Do I need to register and how much does the course cost?
Yes. While there is no charge for training, there are a limited number
of spaces per course. You need to register in advance to secure
your spot. Our Higher Logic Academy course is provided
complimentary to all Higher Logic clients.
 
Sounds perfect for my team – can I bring multiple people from
my office?
We suggest that no more than three people from your organization
attend. Higher Logic Academy  is intended to be a "Train the Trainer"
program. Attendees will leave equipped to train co-workers.Of course
if you need or want to bring a larger group just ask us.
 
What should I bring? How should I prepare for training?
Our Higher Logic Academy trainers will provide instruction and product
training from getting  started to advance techniques. Materials for all
sessions, lunch and happy hour (first day) are included in your
registration. Please bring your laptop with wireless access and
power equipment to fully participate in the hands-on training sessions. 
 
Are any meals included in my registration? Should I pack lunch?
Yes, morning coffee and lunch and a hosted happy hour reception
are included. If you have any food allergies and/or special dietary
requests, please indicate those during the registration process.
 
What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your training
experience. Therefore, business casual dress is strongly
encouraged. We suggest wearing layers – bring a blazer or
jacket with you to account for our air conditioned conference
room and office.
 
My site is in Post Launch Support, but I am new to Connected Community. Should I attend?
Yes! Training is targeted at Higher Logic clients that are in the
implementation phase and are building out their Connected
Community sites. However, if you are new to Higher Logic or
your role – you’re welcome to attend. We ask that you take a
few moments to review the agenda to ensure that the course
is at the correct level for you. If you’re unsure, let us know.
 
How frequently are you going to be offering Higher Logic
Academy courses?
We know you’re busy and you want training that aligns with
your schedule and project timeline – Higher Logic Academy
will be held on a re-occurring monthly schedule. So if you
can't attend this month register for the next month. Check
back for future scheduled training dates.
 
What will my Higher Logic Academy course cover?
You’ll join your peers at the Higher Logic Headquarters where
you’ll meet your implementation project manager and fellow
Connected Community administrators. You’ll get up to speed
with all things Connected Community and go back to your
office with a configured Connected Community site. Plus,
you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during Office Hours.
